Well here's the Transformers movie tie-in version. And it's kind of awesome.
I'm not saying The Transformers is definitely going to win BP this year. I'm just saying that Criterion better start working on the platter for this classic right now.

At least it's not the 'Crescent of Embrace'. The temporary memorial is much better, IMHO -- it does not remind me of any real memorial. It reminds me of the memorial at the end of "Red Dawn", which I think (without irony) would be a good, simple one to emulate. -K.
