Might be the new way the Obama Administration tries to get people to sign up for their health care. "Free forever! Sign up now!" using progressively more scantily clad reps (hopefully not Pelosi). And then when you sign up, everything happens at a snails pace, if at all, unless you pony up "freemiums".
