So, it's an uneven 11-sided die. It's utterly bizarre, yet inelegant.
Why not just use a normal, ubiquitous six-sided die, and count 4 as 1, 5 as 2, and 6 as 3?
I must go now--got a new miniature metal figurine avatar that is crying out for some painting.
