Nintendo Wii Launch Date

Galley Brother B.J. notes that on Amazon, some Wii games has release dates as early as October 2.

Is this typical Amazonian guestimation, or a sign?

Unfortunately my experience says that those are just guestimates. At least that has been the case with several Blizzard games, where dates were pushed back for months.
