Now this email has been spreading like wildfire: It is a voicemail apparently left by a Burger King superviser somewhere in the South (he seems to be headed to Dallas). He happens to witness a fender bender involving another man and four elderly women. There's also something heart-warmingly genuine about his laugh (and the way he says "umbrella").
