Netflix Porn

Or is it? Galley Brother B.J. sends word that Netflix stocks an R-rated version of the big-budget porntacular Pirates II.

I understand that porn producers shoot lots of different versions of every film. I think it was in a New Yorker story about the industry a few years ago that a producer from one of the big houses compared, in a very unsettling way, his company to the indians Native Americans, saying that they used every single scrap of the buffalo.

But how do you get an R-rating for material spliced down from hard-core?

How do they get the hardcore down to an R rating? I don't know how, but I'm willing to do the serious and painful research to find out. I'll watch the R version, then the hardcore version, and make a side-by-side comparison to figure it out. It's hard work, but someone has to do it. Advantage: blogosphere.

It's easy - they do two takes - usually there is a hardcore version that gets released straight to DVD, and they have the softcore version ready for Cinemax or HBO.

The scenes are sooo funny but the sex scenes are kinda short. I recommend the the totally uncensored adult version. You can rent it at http://www.sugaradultdvd.com or I'll come back here and post a direct link to Pirates II if I can figure out how to...

This is one of the rare films in the adult industry that was capable of being stripped down to become an R rated movie. I've seen both versions, but quite frankly if you're looking for a porno, rent or watch one at a porno www.wantedlist.com . If you're looking for bad action comedy watch The Barbarian Brothers http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0092615/
