Typo?
At the bottom, it lists the property style as "Cape Cod."
Looks like a Cape Cod to me.
dude: that house has hardwoods and granite countertops, new appliances, etc...
Doesn't sound like a mobile home to me. Admittedly, it's insanely priced, but par for the course considering the area.
Could be a typo, sure, or it could really have arrived by truck-bed.
It was built in 1949, not a mobile home, just a post-war cape cod. that area is full of them
